1. Orders & Payment
All orders require a minimum purchase of $200 (before shipping). Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Once you place your order you will be given an order number — email that number to info@willowcreekpoultry.com with your chosen payment method so we can send you payment details and process your order.
2. Shipping
We ship nationwide at a flat rate of $18.80. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
3. Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all chicks, ducklings, and live birds under normal weather conditions. Any DOA (dead on arrival) claim must be reported with photo evidence within 2 hours of delivery. We do not guarantee hatching rates on fertile eggs.
4. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of live animals and fertile hatching eggs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.
5. Health & Care
All birds are NPIP certified and health-tested. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper housing, care, and local permitting is in place before ordering.
